Nestled within the tranquil Grassy Key neighborhood, Blue Breeze offers an idyllic escape. This spacious 3-bedroom residence features a wrap-around deck, providing panoramic vistas of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic. Blue Breeze boasts a newly constructed private pool, a 35 ft boat dock, ample boat trailer parking, and complimentary kayak access, ensuring there's something for everyone without leaving the confines of your home.
The interior highlights encompass:
- A convenient storage closet on the first level.
- A capacious open kitchen, dining, and living area on the second floor.
- A half bath on the main floor.
- A laundry room on the main floor.
The top floor reveals:
- A guest room with a king-sized bed, offering Gulf-facing views and a balcony.
- A bunkbed room with Gulf-facing views and a balcony.
- A full guest bathroom.
- A master suite complete with a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a generously-sized bathroom equipped with a tub and shower.
Outdoor amenities include:
- A pristine, brand-new private pool.
- Dockage suitable for a 35-foot boat.
- Ample parking space for vehicles, trucks, and boat trailers.
- The provision of two kayaks along with four personal flotation devices (PFDs).
- A BBQ grill for delightful outdoor cooking.
- Shaded outdoor seating comprising a table and chairs.
- Parking capacity for three vehicles and one boat trailer.
For pet lovers, Blue Breeze accommodates two dogs weighing less than 50 lbs, subject to a non-refundable pet fee of $250 (larger pets may be considered with prior approval). The Florida Keys offer several dog-friendly attractions, including Coco Plum Beach, Marathon Dog Park, and The Dolphin Research Center. Should you not be traveling with a pet, kindly inform us, and we will adjust the charge accordingly.
Blue Breeze enjoys a convenient location near US1, with two nearby public beaches and a state park. You can reach Coco Plum in just 10 minutes, Sombrero Beach in 20 minutes, and Curry Hammock State Park is a mere 8-minute drive from the home.

Booking Policies:
Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.
From November - April, there is an additional $150 charge/week for pool heat. We do recommend heating the pool during this time for optimal comfort and enjoyment. You may contact us if you do not want to have the pool heat on, for a $150 discount.
Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the security deposit will be the only amount refunded.
Payment Schedule: Half of the rent and the security deposit are due seven days after booking online, with the full balance required 60 days before check-in. Payment options include credit card or check after signing the contract. A 3.5% fee applies to credit card transactions, which can be waived by opting for payment via check. Please inform us of your preferred payment method after booking. For last-minute bookings, a credit card will be required.
Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us. Specify whether you prefer the first payment to be processed with the card on file or another Visa, MasterCard, or check. Payments are only processed after the signed contract is received, and all transactions are manually handled.

Had a great time very spacious house. Property management company was readily available for any questions. Only issues was shade over pool could have been better and buttons on the stove were tricky to figure out.

Not a complaint!!! The home was beautiful. The property managers were on top of every question in seconds. The owners were amazing to work with. I was shocked at how many small things I appreciated here like a fully stocked kitchen with every utensil you could imagine. I read previous reviews complaining about the highway but we didn't find it very noticeable at all...we will definitely return! It is centrally located so everywhere was convenient.

We had a great time staying at the house.
We were very needy and asked for a lot of stuff for our baby and Mallory and her assistant helped us out with everything. Always there if we had any questions.
Pigeon Key was a pleasant surprise as an activity, we should have gone to more places but we enjoyed being in the house relaxing so much. Great place to re-unite as a family in a world of kids with heads buried into devices.

We made a last minute trip to the Keys to buy a boat. We rented this house at very last minute and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The house was perfect for us. It was centrally located in the Keys and allowed to explore as much as we wanted. The house was clean and ready upon arrival and communication with the agency was great.

Awesome Accommodations. ALL was as advertised.
Communications with Host Representatives, Mallory & Lydia were necessary only as a matter of routine & efficient.
The Advanced Text/Automated Check-in made arrival and Check-In Simple & Stress free.
The Home more than comfortably accommodated my family of 8, ranging in ages from 1-year to 56 years old. Even though the property is adjacent to Highway 1... it felt as if we were far off the ‘beaten path’... with plenty of privacy provided by the hedge.
The Automated Check-out procedure and list were clear and easy to follow.
The Boat Slip Accommodated our 33’ HydraSport securely for the week with no issues. The location at the end of the deep Channel sheltered the boat securely from a storm that rolled through on one of nights.
We will be back for future bookings.

Great location! The house was perfect for our family. The kayaks were a great plus! The dock was nice to fish off of - we didn’t have a boat. The house was clean ( floors could have used a mopping) but other then that it was perfect.

This house was very comfortable for our two families with ages from 9-13. The living area was very spacious as well as the bedrooms and closets. The dock and canal were gorgeous. Our favorite part was the wraparound porches with picturesque views. The only downsides were the road noise in the master bedroom and a resident down the street stating we were not allowed to walk the last street of the neighborhood. Good news is you have kayaks to use to gain those stunning views anyway :) Overall wonderful experience!

The property was as described. The three bedrooms were great and our family all felt the beds were comfortable. If you look on the map you will notice it is right along the highway and it is busy. We understood that and rated it as such. If you are looking for a quite place next to the beach this is not it.

The property description was fairly accurate, but it failed to mention the noise from US Highway 1. The property was clean and well maintained, but their weren't enough trash containers. I probably wouldn't recommend the house due to the noise and the distance from Marathon. The Dolphin attraction was less than a mile away and so was the Grassy Key Marina.

This house was spacious from the size of the kitchen to the bedrooms and master bath. The kitchen had adequate amenities for us to cook daily (there was also a grill). Loved the many decks to view the sunrises and sunsets. We enjoyed using the kayaks. Master bed very comfortable (we prefer firm mattresses).
The location is away from the hustle and bustle but that also means grocery store and other conveniences are about 10 miles away. We did a lot of driving to places like the beach, fishing, and restaurants. It's also on the main road through the Keys so traffic can be heard.

The vacation property was fabulous. There were only two of us so much too big for us. But we enjoyed having the room. The wrap around balcony was a great place to soak up the sun. The location was convenient to Marathan even though a bit noisy in the master bedroom since it faced the road. The bed was memory foam and very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans, etc. that were needed. Great rental overall.
Our vacation at Blue Breeze was relaxing and easy. The house was described accurately and in great location. Lots to do in Marathon and made it easy to explore the Keys from Key West to the Everglades. House was clean, roomy and well equipped. The small details like hand soap at every sink was nice. Would recommend more large serving bowls in the kitchen. A little disappointed that unable to fish from dock as much as would have liked due to the weeds that were blown in. Riley and Mallory from Keys Ocean Vacations were fantastic to deal with. Would definitely use this company again.
