Welcome to KCB Beach House, a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom waterfront home that comfortably accommodates six guests. This inviting residence offers 30 feet of dockage and parking space for two vehicles and one boat trailer.

While you'll find the indoors comfortable, you'll likely spend most of your time outside, and this home provides all you need for outdoor enjoyment.

For those who love traveling with their dogs, KCB Beach House welcomes up to 2 dogs for a non-refundable pet fee of $250. The Florida Keys offer numerous dog-friendly places, including Coco Plum Beach, Marathon Dog Park, and The Dolphin Research Center, all conveniently close by.
Nearby, you'll have access to two public beaches and a state park. Coco Plum is just a short 6-minute drive away, Sombrero Beach is a 16-minute journey, and Curry Hammock State Park is reachable in 10 minutes from the home.
Booking Policies:
Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.
Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the security deposit will be the only amount refunded.
Payment Schedule: Half of the rent and the security deposit are due seven days after booking online, with the full balance required 60 days before check-in. Payment options include credit card or check after signing the contract. A 3.5% fee applies to credit card transactions, which can be waived by opting for payment via check. Please inform us of your preferred payment method after booking. For last-minute bookings, a credit card will be required.
Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us. Specify whether you prefer the first payment to be processed with the card on file or another Visa, MasterCard, or check. Payments are only processed after the signed contract is received, and all transactions are manually handled.

Perfect relaxing week. Home was perfect and well equipped. Just my wife and I and it was all perfect. Easy access to gulf and ocean right from you own dock behind the house. Cabana club was nice for pool and beachfront lounging.

Fully enjoyed our time at the beach house. Very clean, great location. It was also really nice to have access to the beach club. The hood fan and microwave did not work in the kitchen, but a stand alone microwave was provided. Property management was very responsive when we had a request.

This home was perfect for family vacation. Beds very comfortable. Accommodations perfect. We had our boat - docked at the home. Enjoyed evenings on the back patio. Manatees came several nights to the dock (they liked the fresh water from the hose when trying to clean the boat). We cooked several nights with the well stocked kitchen. Parking the boat was difficult due to space, but was ok for the trailer. No room to turn around on road with boat so many people with boats had to back the boats/trailors all the way back down the street to get out. Not a big problem as long as you know how to do it down a fairly good stretch of street :)- no problem for us but just warning others.
Overall we loved the stay, will definitely rebook!!

My family stayed here for a week in April. We LOVED the private Cabana Club. The pool was clean and refreshing, lots of tables and chairs to use (while enjoying a frozen beverage!) and steps down to the beach that had lounge chairs available to use. The chairs fill up fast but be patient, something is always opening up. The house was very clean. Loved sitting in the back yard to eat and drink coffee and watch the boaters go by. Lots of shade options. My only suggestion was to have better bath and beach towels and have a good supply of the essentials like toilet paper and paper towels etc. That is a cheap way to improve the guest's vacation by not worrying about running out of toilet paper and paper towels/soap etc. The towels were old and small but the hosts said they had already placed an order for new house and beach towels which is great. The deck had broken floor boards but they said that was about to be repaired as well. Property management took some time to get back to me about my questions but the questions weren't urgent so it didn't effect my stay. Fantastic location and quiet neighborhood.

We had a wonderful time .The house was more then expected. great location. Neighboring renters were friendly. We enjoyed the kayaks saw manatee almost everyday. My grand kids loved this. KCB Beach house is a cozy home in the mid Keys. We loved the water access and being able to use the paddle board or kayaks easily whenever we wanted. The home was clean and comfortable. We also loved access to the Cabana Club's beach and pool. Awesome getaway!

We always have a great time when we come to Key Colony Beach. This home has two large bedrooms and a bunk room that is a little small but accommodating. We are choosing not to stay at this location next year, because we need a place that accommodates 8 instead of 6. We have stayed here for 4 years in total. The only problem was the fact that the ice maker did not work. We simply purchased our ice as needed.

We loved the canal with visiting manatees and even dolphins. Having kayaks to take out was fantastic and easy. The community is fantastic with sunset park and the cabana close by. Just what we needed for some sun and outdoor time.

The house when first walking in is adorable! Nicely decorated and very clean!! It is spacious and has everything you need for a wonderful stay and then some. It’s location is fantastic!! It is close to everything! We also loved being able to bring our pups with us!! The bait freezer, kayaks and paddle board were just an added bonus! Fantastic location on canal and walking distance to KCB Beach Club pool/beach.
KCB club is a great perk of this property.
Management company was very prompt and efficient.
Some attention needed to make this a 5-star property: bed in 2nd BR needs new mattress, cracked stovetop, screens in the windows, one BR TV had interference on all channels and other BR TV did not work.

This place was perfect for us. The manatees came daily right up to our back deck area. We were able to fish from our back deck too! We rented a boat at Tropical Boat Rentals right around the corner from the house and had an amazing time. The unit is clean, abundantly stocked, and the kayaks and paddle board are an added bonus. The beds were very comfortable, the unit is very spacious and convenient to so many places. Very quiet and safe location. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The Cabana Club is super nice as well. We will definitely be back again and stay here.

We had such a great time in Key Colony! The KCB Beach House was perfect for our family vacation! We would definitely recommend this house for anyone visiting the area. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our week. Paulette was such a great asset, any questions we had were answered right away!
The Cabana Club was a great addition as well. Being able to have access to the pool and beach was perfect for our kids. The golf course was also used by our boys and they loved it.
Being in Key Colony you were pretty much in the middle of the Keys. We did a snorkeling trip with Captain Pips that was fabulous. We really enjoy the Bahia Honda State Park. It was so fun to visit we spent two days there.
The restaurants we found were fabulous as well. Make sure you try Herbies, Mangrove Mama's, Burdines Waterfront, and Tarpon Creek and of course the Sunset Grill at sunset!
And of course you have to spend at least one day in Key West!
There were five of us- 2 of us, our son and his 2 teenaged sons. It was perfect for us, clean and well furnished. Close to both Publix and Win Dixie. Enjoyed the 2 kayaks. The membership in the Cabana Club was a plus with it's pool, spa, beach, bar and grill. We rented a boat and dove, snorkeled and fished. Played golf and pickleball at the nearby course and court. Drove to Bahia Honda...
